Our values guide our lives and guide our business. We want to share them with you because we want you to know what to expect from us, your experience with us, and in our taphouse!
Every beer has a story, every person has a story…we believe in the power of stories to connect with each other and to better the world. Sharing stories is how we connect with others and how we learn and grow!
We are meant to live in community, and we believe in the power of connecting with people. Yes, we serve alcohol and you could say we operate a ‘bar.’ But we believe Final Draft Taphouse is more than that. Our place is a place to connect with each other over a pint and have conversations that matter.
We believe beer is social. People come together to have a pint and socialize. Over a beer, people make connections that go deeper than just having a pint. The connections are the conversations, the listening ear, the relationship built, the connections that end up with a helping hand reaching out to one another. Beer gives people the reason to come together and all the rest are the blessings!
We believe in doing the right thing. Call us traditional in our ways, but we will always do the right thing by our guests, the community, our neighbors, our partners, and to each other.
We believe in supporting independent craft beer. We believe it is important to support craft beer brewers who are independent because….they are innovative, take risks, create new and fun flavors, and are building better communities! Supporting independent craft beer brewers means supporting small business and puts more money into local economy, which benefits all of us in our community!
We are all about supporting local, independent craft beer aim to solely feature Vancouver, Wa., Southwest Washington, North Bank Beer, Washington and Oregon craft beer.
We believe in small business and the entrepreneurs that make up the craft beer industry. We believe in the little guy…supporting the little guy, being the little guy. And we believe that small is the new big. We believe that small is always better than big when it comes to running our business. We want to keep our business small so that we are connected to the community and to the awesomely rad people who live in the community.
We believe in working purposefully and intentionally to live the life you dream of. Our dream has been to have our own taphouse to share our love and passion for craft beer and have a place for community. We will work hard and purposefully to make Final Draft Taphouse the place for rad people to come and relax, learn and explore craft beer together, and build lasting connections with beer friends.
Like doing the right thing, we believe in kindness and sharing the love! Being kind to one another, being kind to those who may not even be kind to us, being kind to the environment, being kind to people who don’t believe what we believe, being kind to oneself, is the only way to operate.

We also believe that giving back matters. Giving of our time, money, and attention to those in need in our community and beyond is important in this life. Encouraging random acts of kindness is also essential and spreads more kindness!
We believe in living boldly and adventurously in everything that we do. Creating Final Draft Taphouse was a bold and adventureous move for us because it was a big leap of faith and a venture where we had to learn a lot and continue to learn along the way. We believe that beer is adventurous and allows people to explore their palates, relationships, etc. We will challenge people to live boldly and adventurously as well, whether that be in trying beer or living out their dreams!
Yes, we operate a drinking establishment at the end of the day. However, we don’t condone drinking in excess. Craft beer is about exploration and trying new things. We also believe in balancing work and life and hope that Final Draft Taphouse will allow us and our guests some balance!
