Ushering in cellared barrel-aged dark beers in the summer, bringing a festive Christmas in warmer temperatures vibe, wear your Hawaiian shirts, Christmas sweaters, and join us for our Christmas in July day of fun! We will have barrel-aged beers on, presents in the form of giveaways for your to help you embrace and love up the summer months, Santa is making a visit (GET YOUR SELFIE WITH SANTA!), cake (cause it’s our birthday baby!), and a collective CHEERS to THANK YOU for making these four years the RADDEST years in craft beer!

Welcome back to the BAR Beer Friends!!
We are so excited to welcome you back to the taphouse in a way that feels so much more of how we love to welcome you! We wanted to share a little about where we are at currently with operations, future fun things and a few thoughts about this summer and beyond.
What does this mean? We will have bar seats again - YAY! We will continue to have tables inside throughout our taphouse and continue with outdoor tables in the front and back of the taphouse. We will no longer have distancing restrictions nor capacity limitations.
Masks are no longer required for those who are FULLY vaccinated. Fully vaccinated is two weeks post final shot. For those that are not fully vaccinates, masks remain required when entering and moving about the taphouse.
Hours Currently are: Tuesday through Saturday - 3 to 9 pm
We will remain closed on Sunday and Mondays until we are able to add to our team. In addition, our food menu will remain small(er) until we can ensure that we can sustain a fuller menu. All menus are updated on Untappd and available on our website.
Online Ordering - Remains available at this time. If you are wanting a large to-go order, this is the best way to place it as it allows us time to fill your order and have it ready for you. Order online here!
Darts Update: We have re-installed the dart boards in our back room. Feel free to come in and enjoy those when we are open. Once we open again on Sundays, we will bring back our Dart Tournament nights.

We will be turning FOUR in July! Hells Yeah! We will be celebrating with a new version of RAD POP, our anniversary collaboration craft beer from Brothers Cascadia Brewing. In addition, we will be having a ‘party’ Christmas in July style on Saturday, July 31. Stay tuned here and on our social media for details.
Words of Gratitude: We literally never thought this day would come. It has been a very long 15 months for us, and for you. We all have been through a lot, and we are just so happy to see that there is a return of all the rad, good things we’ve come to know! We would be remiss however if we didn’t take this time to say….we simply could not have weathered this time without all of you! You are RAD. We love you! Thank you!
Continued Support for Small Businesses: While our doors are still open and we are all so damn excited to be back at it, it will be a long road to getting everything back to normal, fully operational. There will be a transition period still for us as we are in need of re-building our team. (Fingers crossed, our people come our way!) In addition, us and many in our industry are just starting to re-build financially which means that it isn’t an automatic switch back to the way it used to be. Keep that in mind as you visit us and others who are focused on re-building and serving you to the best of our abilities!
As a community, we must still remain focused on supporting small, local businesses as all businesses like ours and in other industries re-build, bring back menus, hours of operations, staff, and all the things that bring you the eat, drink and be merry..or should we say BE RAD. part of life! Hey Beer Friends! After almost a full year, we have changed our house rule...
Starting today, if you are fully vaccinated (2 full weeks after your final shot), you're no longer required to wear a mask when entering or moving about the taphouse.
(This includes our staff). Hooray!
If you are not fully vaccinated, you are still required to wear your mask when coming into and moving around the taphouse.
As we move through this transition, we ask that everyone continue to be Be(er) Excellent to Each Other...and show kindness, grace and respect to each other and us! We encourage everyone to be mindful of people's space and comfort levels!!

We are known for our commitment to community and making connections with people that are long-lasting, and for always providing them with quality, independent, local, fresh craft beer to explore!
Job Purpose: The Beertender/Foodtender aka: Final Draft Taphouse Brand & Craft Beer Ambassador will be responsible for exceeding our guests’ expectations by creating an exceptional taphouse experience by providing 5-star service, all while promoting an understanding and appreciation of the art and culture of craft beer.
Duties and responsibilities:
· Acknowledge and welcome guests to the taphouse in a warm and positive way where guests feel at home and always welcome.
· Engage with guests to create a 5-star experience by guiding them through our craft beer menu, sharing craft-beer knowledge with them to ensure they choose the best beer selection for them, specialty beers on tap, local events and promotions
· Relay information about beer styles and help guide guests through the sensory experience.
· Pour and serve beer correctly
· Prepare food items according to preparation standards with all safety and food safety top of mind
· Adhere to safety, sanitation and responsible alcohol service policies and procedures
· Accurately handle cash and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
· Prepare to-go beer including online orders.
· Change kegs and update POS and Untappd menus
· Perform opening and/or closing duties for the taphouse
· Sweeping/mopping of floors, cleaning of windows, tables, chairs, bar area, kitchen, sinks, etc.
· Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms before, during and after shifts, ensuring all supplies are fully stocked
· Remove garbage and recycling.
· Answer guests’ questions and/or concerns and confidently works to resolve customer issues/complaints.
· Monitor the actions of guests on a continuous basis to ensure safety; addresses any issues directly, then reports any potential issues to management
· procedures
· Follow all safety procedures and SOPs and wear safety, personal protective equipment (PPE) when required
· Willingness to perform other tasks as requested.

· Have Clark County Food Handlers Permit
· Have at least Cicerone Level 1 (Certified Beer Server) or willing to complete the exam within 90 days of employment
Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience working in a bartending role. Brewery or taphouse experience preferred. (This is not an entry level position).
Job Type: Part-time – Must be available Sundays, Mondays and one additional day during the week. Additional availability a plus.
Compensation: Pay commensurate with experience, beer knowledge and ability to deliver on the Final Draft Taphouse brand promise.
